Specifically, the Company's shareholders passed the following resolutions approving:


The ratification of the appointment of Mr. Maofu Wang as Deputy GM the Company;
The ratification of the appointment of Mr. Maozhong Wang as Production Manager the Company;
The ratification of the appointment of Mr. Jinxing Lin as  Distribution Manager the Company;
The ratification of the appointment of Ms. Bella Hong as  Trading Manager the Company;
The ratification of the appointment of Ms. Spring  Zhang as Trading Director the Company;
The ratification of the appointment of Mr. Nanfeng  Qiu as QA manager the Company;
The ratification of the appointment of Ms. Huirong Deng as Warehouse Specialist the Company;
